All the rooms have benefitted from recent redecoration, to provide modern comfort while maintaining their traditional features. All are en-suite with TV, hospitality tray and free wifi. There is a double room on the ground floor for guests with mobility difficulties and family rooms which can sleep up to 4. A delicious Scottish breakfast will be served to you in our dining room, with vegetarian options also available.

Convenient for Arthurs Seat with stunning views across the city. There is some off road parking available, and there are excellent bus links to the city centre which is only a 5 minute ride. We are ideal for tourists and people visiting for business.
