Edinburgh Townhouse

Edinburgh Townhouse was built in the late 1700s in the classic Georgian style. The guest house is in a central location just off George Street, and is ideally situated for the many attractions of the city centre. Edinburgh Castle can be seen from the front door! Edinburgh Townhouse is currently a room only guest house. It was established as a guest house in the 1940s, and retains a traditional elegance, with its sweeping staircase and grand high ceilings, but with all the modern facilities that you would anticipate from a first-class establishment. Please note that the guest house is on the 3rd floor, and due to the listed status of the building, there is no lift available.

The Townhouse boasts immaculately-presented single, double, twin and family rooms, most with en-suite facilities. We have some rooms with views of Edinburgh Castle and some that overlook the Firth of Forth, towards North Berwick and to the west across Corstorphine Hill.
