Rosehall Hotel

Rosehall is a small, independently-run hotel ideally located south of Edinburgh city centre, just an easy mile and a half walk away from Princes Street and Waverley Station. There is a bus stop opposite Rosehall if you need a swifter travel time. Unrestricted on-street parking is available near the hotel. We are child-friendly and a non-smoking hotel with free Wifi throughout. Your host Theresa provides warm and welcoming hospitality and comfortable accommodation and is happy to help you with any local information as required.

There are 2 single, 2 double, 2 twin and 2 family rooms. Guest rooms come resourced with a television, hairdryer and a hospitality tray for making hot drinks. En-suite, ironing and telephone facilities are all available. In the evening you can relax in our licensed lounge bar, with a selection of Scottish ales and malt whiskies. At breakfast we offer a choice of Full Scottish, Full English or Continental breakfast. We have a wonderful vegetarian haggis, and can accommodate special dietary requirements.
