Selkirk Arms Hotel

Selkirk Arms Hotel is an attractive townhouse hotel located in the harbour town of Kirkcudbright. This is a proudly independent hotel offering great service, a bar and bistro, Artistas restaurant and comfortable accommodation for guests. The building is full of history and tradition. Scotlands national poet Robert Burns wrote the famous Selkirk Grace at this very hotel in 1794.

The Selkirk Arms has 16 en-suite bedrooms, all complete with tea and coffee making facilities, Freeview TV, complimentary Wifi, telephone and hairdryer. Well behaved dogs are welcome at the hotel and are allowed in your room and in the Burns Room lounge. The menu at the hotel includes a selection of home-cooked dishes prepared using local produce. Special diets can be catered for.

Off street parking is provided at the back of the hotel with free on-street parking at the front door. We also have 2 mountain bikes for hire if you fancy doing some exploring on 2 wheels!
