Glenaldor House

Glenaldor House is a charming bed and breakfast situated in a peaceful area, only 3 minutes walk from the local train station and less than a 10-minute walk from the town centre of beautiful Dumfries. Built in the 1860s, Glenaldor is a listed building with lots of traditional features such as cast-iron staircases and fireplaces and some wonderfully ornate cornices. This is coupled with all the modern facilities one would expect for your stay. There is ample private parking for guests and we have a secure basement storage available for bikes and sporting equipment.

This bed and breakfast has 4 guest bedrooms and can offer family, double, twin and single rooms with en-suite / private bathrooms. Glenaldor has free unlimited wireless internet access and each guest room has Freeview digital TV.
