Watermead Guest House is located in the beautiful and historic town of Chard, on a private lane behind the high street, and has a large car park. Owners David and Trudy provide a warm welcome into their Victorian villa which has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

There are 2 double en-suite rooms, 2 twin en-suite, 2 family en-suite and a single room with private bathroom. All rooms have Freeview TV, Wifi, facilities for making hot drinks and a clock radio. Your will enjoy a freshly cooked Somerset Full English made using locally sourced ingredients. What better way to start you say with a delicious meal overlooking pretty gardens. In the evening, relax in our spacious guest lounge. Dogs are welcome in our family studio annexe room which is access from the garden.

Chard is an ideal base to explore the ever-popular Lyme Regis area and the famous Jurassic coastline, National Trust properties, River Cottage and the many delights of Somerset, Devon and Dorset.
