Homestead Lake Park offers caravanning, camping and fishing in the village of Weeley, 7 miles from the popular resort of Clacton-on-Sea. Nestled in 25 acres of countryside, with a large fishing lake and on-site café, this site is quiet, with no clubhouse or entertainment, and perfectly situated for holidays in the south-east corner of Essex.
The park has 50 hardstanding pitches for caravans, motorhomes and American RVs, as well as some tent pitches. Lakeside pitches are available. There are electric hook-ups; plus, mains water, sewage and chemical disposal points around the park. Children under 2 stay for free and large groups are allowed on the rally field.
Site amenities include a shower block with baby changing, disabled facilities and washing-up sinks. Homestead Cabin Café is open for all day breakfasts, lunches and refreshments and there is a pub in the village a short walk away. The fishing lake is kept well-stocked with tench, perch, carp and roach. Dogs are welcome on this site.
