Strangers Holiday Park is a touring site located in the Essex village of Bradfield, only 20-minutes from the Port of Harwich. Ideal for those catching a ferry to the continent or holiday makers looking to explore the area around the River Stour Estuary and Dedham Vale, there is also the welcoming Strangers Home pub on-site.
The park is accessed by a security gate for which guests will be provided with the code during their stay. There is also CCTV. Family and dog-friendly, all pitches benefit from electric hook-up and can accommodate motorhomes, caravans and tents. Guests can also use the toilets, showers and washing-up facilities.
Reopening June 2024, the Strangers Home pub will provide great food and drink after an extensive refurbishment. The riverside is only a 10-minute walk away and there are many places to visit nearby including Wrabness Nature Reserve, the beaches along Dovercourt Bay and Harwich Redoubt Fort Museum.
