Mad Hatters Campsite

Mad Hatters Campsite is a family-friendly camping and glamping site with an Alice in Wonderland theme! In a great holiday location, close to the River Great Ouse and surrounded by wildflower meadows, with a pond and views across the fens, the site is also only 2.5 miles from the centre of Ely. Eco-friendly, art fun days are available throughout the year using recycled material and Mad Hatters uses 100% renewable electricity on the campsite.

There are pitches for motorhomes and caravans, each with electric hook-up, plus a number of non-electric pitches in the grass camping field, each with their own signpost named after something in the book. There is also a wild camping field which is slightly further away from the on-site amenities. Dogs are allowed on the campsite. For glampers, there are Timber Tents for 4 or 5 people with proper beds; and the Queen of Hearts Cabin for 2 people, with a king size bed, log burner, kitchenette and en suite shower room. All guests can use the toilets, showers, washing-up sinks and recycling facilities. There is a playhouse, play area and adventure trail for children. The site is also available for parties and special events.
