Lords Hill Farm B & B is a family-run establishment overlooking the Avon Valley, in a rural setting, between Coventry and Rugby. Owned by welcoming hosts Jane and Ian, this spacious property is surrounded by pretty gardens with a large pond. Ideal for leisure and business guests, this accommodation, is just off the Fosse Way Roman road and only 1 mile from the A45, with easy access to the motorway network.

The guest bedrooms are located in the ground floor annexe of the farmhouse, accessed via their own separate entrance and away from the other farm buildings. Both bedrooms are immaculately presented, with thoughtful décor, a comfortable double bed, TV / DVD player, Wifi, radio alarm clock, welcome tray and en suite shower room including complimentary toiletries. Ample overnight guest car parking is available.

Visitors are also welcome to relax in the lounge area, out on the patio or by the pond in fine weather. In the morning, a superb cooked English breakfast is served, made with eggs laid by the resident hens. Home baked bread and home-made preserves made by Jane are also served. Vegetarian options can be provided. The Warwickshire village of Wolston is located nearby to the B & B, offering pubs and local shops.
