Hewitts Restaurant & Rooms

Hewitt’s Restaurant and Rooms is in a great location, in the heart of the historic Isle of Wight town of Newport. This is a 14th century property, full of character and furnished to a high standard, where guests can enjoy tasty food, great B & B rooms and a secret garden, all just a short walk from the main town amenities and River Medina.

Each of the 6 contemporary bedrooms have benefitted from recent refurbishment and are equipped with en suite or private facilities, a TV, desk and refreshments tray. There are doubles and super rooms which can be arranged with a super king or twin beds. One of the rooms has a pull-out bed for a third person if required.

Overnight guests enjoy a delicious breakfast, served either in the restaurant or rear garden. All visitors can also sample the bespoke lunch and evening menus from Wednesday to Saturday, with private dining events and parties also accommodated. Hewitts benefits from a large car park located a short distance from the building.
