Apple Cottage & Rhubarb Cottage

Apple and Rhubarb Cottages are 2 beautiful Victorian-era cottages situated in the large village of Lyndhurst, in the heart of the New Forest. Located along a quiet residential street called The Custards, both are just 5 minutes’ walk from the centre of the village with its heritage centre, independent shops, tea rooms, pubs and eateries.

Each property sleeps 6 people in 3 bedrooms, with dogs also welcome. The cottages feature a lounge with wood burning stove and TV, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area; plus there is a bathroom. Free Wifi and central heating are provided. Outside, is a garden, off-road parking and secure lock-up for equipment.

Lyndhurst has a regular bus service passing through connecting with nearby villages and towns. Ashurst train station is 5 minutes’ drive away and Brockenhurst train station is 10 minutes. There are numerous local walking and cycling routes, with bike hire available in the village. A couple of miles west is the New Forest Reptile Centre.
