Holmby House

The Courtyard at Holmby House is a spacious self-catering holiday home in the grounds of an 18th century country house in the village of Sibford Ferris, on the edge of the Cotswolds. In its own secluded setting within 2 acres of gardens with an outdoor pool, tennis court, table tennis and croquet lawn, it is ideal for relaxing breaks.

All on ground floor level, The Courtyard sleeps 8 people, with capacity for 12 when using the additional beds provided. The accommodation includes a sitting room which opens onto an outside balcony; a dining room seating 12 opening to the private patio; and equipped kitchen including a coffee machine and dishwasher.

There are 4 en suite bedrooms; a double, a twin and 2 flexible rooms that can be arranged with a double or 2 single beds, plus an extra shower room with WC. Outside, there is a courtyard with al fresco dining area, heated seasonal outdoor swimming pool, with sun beds and a barbeque. Dogs are welcome with prior agreement.
