Welcome to Signal Point Cottage at Ventnor Botanic Gardens. This is a sensitively-renovated Victorian cottage nestled in beautiful grounds, providing Visit England 4-Star rated holiday accommodation for up to 6 guests. A quiet and scenic setting to relax, the cottage is well-located, only a mile from the sandy Ventnor beach and town centre.

The open plan living room boasts a warming wood burning stove, TV, sofas, dining table and equipped kitchen. The study has 2 single beds and can be used as a bedroom / work room. The master bedroom offers a double bed, open fire and en suite bathroom with roll-top bath. The second bedroom is a twin room with an open fire.

There is a ground floor wet room and separate WC. Outside, is a patio overlooking the gardens. Dogs are allowed with prior agreement and parking is available in the main car park. Guests enjoy complimentary access to the gardens, with café. The beach at Steephill Cove is a short walk away.
