Upper Kingston Farm Cottages

Nestled at the edge of the New Forest near Ringwood, Upper Kingston Farm Cottages are found on a family-owned working farm. Each one has been sensitively converted from the Victorian former farm buildings to provide contemporary amenities for a self-catering holiday, whilst retaining many original charming features.

Each cottage is an eco-friendly choice, with underfloor heating and hot water derived from an air source heat pump. The Swallows Nest sleeps 2 in a twin room; The Dairy sleeps 3 in a triple bedroom with a double and single bed; whilst The Granary, The Barn and The Stable Cottages all sleep 4 guests in a double and a twin bedroom.

All of the cottages include Wifi, a wood burning stove and TV in the living room and a fully-equipped kitchen with a welcome tray of locally-produced goodies. There is ample on-site parking.
