A former dairy farm nestled alongside a tributary of the Great Ouse River; each of the guest bedrooms has been sensitively furnished to compliment the original features. There are large king rooms situated on the first or second floor with light-filling dual aspect windows and a sofa, as well as the standard doubles. All have en suite facilities, access to free Wifi, a TV, desk, hairdryer, fridge with fresh milk and a beverage tray.

A full cooked English breakfast is included in overnight room tariffs, with various pastries and homemade preserves also available. Special diets are happily accommodated.
