Thyme and Beyond Hotel

Thyme and Beyond is an independent hotel on the outskirts of Saundersfoot. Nestled in the Pleasant Valley of Pembrokeshire, just 20 minutes’ walk from the beach at Wiseman’s Bridge; as well as comfortable bedrooms, there is a bar and restaurant. Hosts Marco and Lyall both provide a warm welcome and excellent hospitality.

All of the guest bedrooms feature contemporary décor and are equipped with en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, Freeview TV, Wifi and refreshments tray. There are single, double and twin rooms, with the Heritage Suite equipped with a double bedroom, adjoining room with single bed and sofa, and a Jack and Jill shower room.

Breakfast is served in the dining room in the morning, offering a variety of options including a full cooked, vegetarian, toasted muffin or bagel, fresh fruit, porridge and more. Packed lunches can be provided for the day ahead and evening meals can be pre-booked. The bar is open from 11am until late for coffee, cake or something alcoholic.
