The Barn

The Barn provides deceptively spacious self-catering accommodation for up to 5 people. This sensitively renovated stone former barn is located in a quiet and secluded setting overlooking the Mawddach Estuary in West Wales. Sitting 700 ft up the side of a mountain in Eryri National Park (Snowdonia), just 2 miles from the seaside town of Barmouth, it is the perfect location for a wonderful holiday break.

The bedrooms and living areas are on the first floor. There is a double bedroom, room with bunk beds and a single bedroom. The lounge contains a leather suite and TV, with the kitchen providing a full range of modern appliances, equipment and a dining table. On the ground floor, there is a bathroom and a games room with table tennis. Wifi is provided throughout the house. Family-friendly, a cot and highchair are available. Dogs are allowed to stay with prior agreement. There are many lovely walks with amazing views straight from the front door and the beaches and rugged coastline are within a short drive.
