Ty Nant Cottage

Ty Nant Cottage is a Scandinavian-style stone and timber holiday home situated in Brithdir, near Dolgellau. Within Eryri (Snowdonia) and surrounded by areas of lush countryside with woodland, rivers and scenic walks, it is perfect for outdoors enthusiasts. The house is only 12 miles inland from the popular seaside town of Barmouth.

Sleeping up to 4 guests, there is a double bedroom and a twin room. Visitors will also find a living room with sofa, armchairs, wood burning stove, Freesat TV and dining table; plus a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine; sun room; and modern bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a lawned garden area with a pond.

Brithdir is a village just 4 miles from Dolgellau, with views of Cadair Idris. The Torrent Walk is nearby; a circular walk passing some spectacular waterfalls. There is a local inn 2 miles away, serving a food menu. The ruins of Cymer Abbey are also close by. Dolgellau is a market town with independent shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs.
