Cwmiar Farm Holiday Cottages

Cwmiar Farm Holiday Cottages are a collection of beautiful self-catering properties on a 100-acre working farm on the slopes of Llanllwni Mountain, 8 miles from Lampeter. Each one converted from stone former farm buildings, the cottages are situated around our farmyard and some of the properties are accessible, with the amenities also wheelchair-friendly.

There are cottages for 4, 6, 7, 8 and 9 guests, each individually-named and well-equipped with central heating, a sitting room with a wood burning stove or open fire, fully-equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and private outside area. Accessibility information is available for all. Pets are allowed, but owners must keep dogs safely on a lead when outside.

The whole farm has mainly step-free access so everyone can help to feed the animals, access the play areas, wander the grounds with millpond and enjoy the many games in the club house. Llanybydder is the nearest town, 3 miles away, beside the River Teifi. There are 2 convenience stores and a number of cafés, takeaways and a pub serving food.
