Overlooking the estuary in the lovely South Cornwall harbour town of Fowey, Duchy Holiday Cottage is a Visit England Gold Award rated cottage offering self-catering facilities to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. In an excellent location, this holiday home is only a 5-minute walk down to the quay, shops and restaurants.

Stylishly furnished and centrally heated throughout, Duchy offers an open plan living room with a lounge featuring sofas, TV with Sky Plus, DVD player and a telephone accepting incoming calls. There is also an equipped kitchen including a microwave and dining table. The utility room in the outhouse contains laundry equipment.

The bedrooms comprise 2 king size rooms and a twin. There is also a newly-refurbished family bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Outside is a courtyard area with steps leading to an upper patio area where guests can enjoy al fresco dining. Bikes, toys and equipment can be stored in the courtyard with slate paving.
