Providing a peaceful and secluded setting with wonderful views, the property has its own jetty for launching canoes or kayaks and is a short walk or boat ride away from the village of Dittisham. There is ample parking and the house is all on one level, suitable for wheelchair users. Pets are welcome.

Converted from a 1960s former boat house, Vipers Quay provides contemporary self-catering facilities and accommodates 12 people. The living room is the focal point of the house, with large triple-aspect windows providing panoramic river views; with sofas, armchairs, an open fire, TV, dining table and access to the outdoors balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped including a dishwasher, 2 large fridge freezers and breakfast table.

There are 5 bedrooms, including an en suite double, en suite super king / twin, 2 other super king / twin rooms and a bunk room. Guests will also find a main bathroom. Outside, there is a sun deck on the roof and a garden area with barbeque. A concierge service is available if required. There is a village shop, café and 2 pubs in the centre of the village.
