Oaktree Fishery and Cottages is located near to the southern edge of Exmoor, 6 miles from South Molton. Providing a peaceful rural setting in Bottreaux Mill, with 3 heavily-stocked fishing lakes and 3 modern Visit England 4-Star rated holiday cottages, this is the perfect place for a holiday surrounded by nature and wildlife.

Each of our family and dog-friendly cottages are on ground floor level only, suitable for visitors with limited mobility. All have central heating, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer / dryer, TV and DVD player in the lounge, a modern bathroom, private enclosed patio with garden furniture and ample car parking.

Kingfisher Cottage sleeps 3 in a flexible super king or twin bedroom, with a single room. Otter Holt sleeps 4 in 2 super king / twin rooms and Stag’s also sleeps 4 in a super king / twin room and 2 single rooms. The properties are non-smoking. Fishing is available all year on the lakes, with tackle hire available from reception.
