East Dunster Deer Farm

East Dunster Deer Farm would like to present 4 unique holiday homes on a country estate, near the rural village of Cadeleigh, 6 miles from Tiverton. A haven for wildlife enthusiasts, where visitors can see otters on the pond and watch deer roaming, the farm is surrounded by rolling countryside with numerous walks and cycling routes.

Each property is a contemporary build, with an outdoor hot tub and private garden. There is a spacious open plan interior with fully-equipped kitchen, Wifi, central heating and ample seating both inside and out. All homes are dog-friendly. Visitors can enjoy the 40 acres of parkland with woodland and a lake, with fishing also allowed.

Kingfisher Lodge and Deer Park both accommodate 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. There are also 2 properties which are wheelchair accessible and suitable for larger group holidays; The Otters sleeps 16 people in 8 en suite bedrooms, whilst The Linhay sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms. B & B accommodation is also available in 2 luxury rooms.
