Rye Park House

Rye Park House is located on a family-run country estate in North Devon, close to the A399 road, 8 miles north-east of Barnstable and close to the western fringes of Exmoor National Park. Exclusively for adults, there are 3 luxurious self-catering properties set within 11 acres of peaceful private grounds with a river and woodland.

The Stables and The Barn both accommodate 2 people in characterful stone buildings with a vaulted ceiling and exposed trusses. The open plan living area features a Smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a shower room. The Barn has a king size bedroom and private hot tub. The Stables has a super king bed in the mezzanine.

Keeper’s Watch is an authentic shepherd’s hut equipped with a double bed, kitchenette, seating and en suite shower room facilities. All guests are welcome to explore the grounds and follow the relaxing river and woodland walks. The Tarka Trail is nearby for walking or cycling and visitors can also enjoy a day out at close by Exmoor Zoo.
