Looms Cottages

Looms Cottages are 2 excellent holiday homes in the coastal town of Salcombe, which sits on the banks of the Kingsbridge Estuary, in the South Hams area of Devon. Both located in a quiet residential area with views across the town and countryside, they are only 10 minutes’ walk from North Sands Beach and the South West Coast Path.

The Retreat is a spacious modern home sleeping up to 10 people. There is a separate lounge, kitchen / diner which opens onto the raised decking, plus a cloakroom downstairs. Upstairs, there is a master en suite bedroom with super king bed, family bedroom for 4 people and double en suite bedroom, as well as a main bathroom.

Sea Reach is just around the corner and is a spacious bungalow sleeping up to 6 guests. Inside, there is an open plan living room with kitchen, diner, sofa and French doors to the patio; a comfortable lounge, master bedroom with en suite facilities, 2 twin bedrooms and a main bathroom. Both cottages have free Wifi and off-road parking.
