Stonehayes Farm

Stonehayes Farm offers a collection of 7 holiday cottages within the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only a couple of miles from the market town of Honiton. Located in a rural setting, outside the village of Combe Raleigh, there are walks along the fields down to the River Luv and lots of local attractions and activities.

There are 7 unique cottages, sleeping from 4 up to 16 guests, including some with a hot tub. Some are also dog-friendly. Dipper’s Rest and Wagtail Corner can be joined together to sleep up to 11 people. All have rustic charm, retaining uneven old walls, ceiling beams and wall timbers, coupled with contemporary comforts including an equipped kitchen with dishwasher; Smart TV, DVD player, welcome pack and rural Wifi. A cot, highchair and stairgate are available for families. All have wood burners, with logs supplied for these from November to April.

Each property has an area of unfenced garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue for use from April to October. Dippers Rest, Siskins Nook and Whinchat Barns have a hot tub. The original longhouse Pippinsands sleeps 14 and has a private garden, also with a hot tub. Julesbrook has a hot tub, games room, movie / living room and play area. There is a shared games room and use of the shared grounds and play area with a climbing frame, swings, slide, trampoline, play house and football goals. There is also ample car parking.
