Colehayes Park

Colehayes Park is a country estate offering self-catering accommodation for weddings and groups, in Dartmoor, near Bovey Tracey and Newton Abbott. A Grade II listed Georgian manor house sleeping 70 and a self-contained cottage for 11 guests; each property is surrounded by 20 acres of grounds, including a lake and private woodland.

The main house has 21 bedrooms including twin, double and dormitory-style rooms with bunk beds. There is a wood panelled reception room, bar, games room, dining room seating 80 people and a commercial kitchen. The beautiful gardens have room for a marquee, providing the ideal venue for wedding events of up to 200 people.

Cork Tree House can be booked alongside the main house, or separately as required. This property has 5 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, sitting room with open fire, private garden with seating area and access to the grounds. Dogs and families are welcome, with educational groups and corporate holidays accommodated.
