Downton Lodge Self Catering Barn

Downtown Lodge Self-Catering Barn offers a scenic place to stay in the beautiful countryside of South Hams, only 3 miles from Dartmouth. With far reaching views of the surrounding farmland across to the Dart Estuary, the lodge and barn have been providing comfortable holiday accommodation since the 1960s.

The barn has been modernised throughout the years to provide contemporary facilities for 2 or 4 people. The main living areas are on the first floor, offering some spectacular views. There is a lounge with a Smart TV, sofas and a dining table. Guests will also find a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the balcony.

The main bedroom is also on the top floor, featuring a king size bed and en suite shower facilities. Downstairs, there is a handy utility room with washing machine and freezer, plus an extra en suite double bedroom if required. Free Wifi and USB sockets are available throughout. Dogs are welcome to stay.
