Chancery House Bed & Breakfast

Chancery House B & B and Self-Catering Lodge is located on the edge of Exmoor, in Mollard Cross, 5 miles from the bustling market town of South Molton. Ideally placed for holidays, the accommodation is surrounded by scenic countryside and also conveniently close to the North Devon Link Road for exploring the region. Open all year, short breaks are available.

There are 3 bedrooms; a double, twin and a family room with a double and set of bunk beds. All rooms are on ground floor level and equipped with their own en suite facilities, TV, free Wifi and a hospitality tray. Guests can also sit in the lovely garden outside and there is on-site parking. Breakfast is served in the dining room, where evening meals can be provided by arrangement.

There is also the ground floor 1-bedroomed Chancery Lodge sleeping 2 guests in an open plan layout, with a king size bed and shower room; for those preferring self-catering accommodation. Bed linen and towels are provided.
