Riverside Terrace

Riverside Terrace comprises 3 eco-friendly holiday homes alongside the River Rothay, in Rydal, near Ambleside. Accessed via a humpbacked bridge and country lane on the Stepping Stones Estate, at the bottom of Loughrigg Fell; guests will find walking, cycling, climbing, boating, riding, historic houses, many other great local attractions and stunning vistas from the doorstep.

Waterside, Rivers Edge and Viewpoint each sleep 4 guests. All of the properties have heating derived from an air source heat pump and are built from beautiful local stone. The living area is glass-fronted, flooding the room with natural light; offering river views and also opening out onto the gravelled terrace; with a well-equipped kitchen, TV, woodburning stove and sofas.

Each property provides a king bedded room with en suite bathroom facilities and either a twin bedded or super king bedroom with an en suite shower room. There is an outside car parking area, with electric vehicle charging available. Guests can walk down to the stepping stones crossing the river.
