The Mill House

The Mill House at Lindisfarne Bay provides a luxurious holiday retreat along the Northumberland Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Visit England 5-Star Gold rated, the property is situated at the end of a quiet road, in Fenham, 10 miles south of Berwick-upon-Tweed; with panoramic views across the bay towards Holy Island.

Originally part of the priory, with sections of the property dating back over 300 years, the house has been sensitively modernised and accommodates up to 8 people, with room for 2 infants. Inside, there is a large sitting room with triple-aspect windows offering sea views; with sofas and a Smart TV; plus additional seating in the conservatory.

The dining room has a large table seating up to 10 and a piano, and the kitchen is fully-equipped including a range-style cooker, dishwasher and breakfast table. There are 4 bedrooms, including a downstairs king bedded room with en suite shower facilities, plus 3 upstairs en suite bedrooms (x1 super king twin, x 1 king size, x1 twin).

A folding bed for x1 extra guest, 2 cots, 2 high chairs and bathroom aids are available if requested at the time of booking. There is underfloor heating, Alexa Dot and Wifi access, as well as a handy utility room with laundry equipment. Outside, the south-facing garden has a lawn, monkey puzzle trees and there is a sheltered sitooterie.
