Bankhill Cottage

Nestled on the Elizabethan walls overlooking the river in Berwick-on-Tweed, Bankhill Cottage is a stone-built self-catering holiday home found in an excellent location, just a short walk away from the town centre and Old Berwick Bridge, and also close to the historic Stephenson Railway Viaduct along the scenic river path.

Sleeping 4 guests, the house is full of interesting architectural features. The open plan living area offers a wood burning stove, l-shaped sofa, desk, TV, dining table and equipped galley kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine. Up an open staircase, is the double bedroom, twin en suite room and a bathroom.

Wifi and central heating are available throughout. Outside, there is a car parking space on the shared driveway. There are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, takeaways and cafés close by. Boat tours can be arranged along the quayside. There is also a play area, as well as tennis courts and a golf club for those who enjoy sports.
