Pear Tree House

Pear Tree House is a Grade II listed property offering self-catering holiday accommodation in the village of Sutton-in-the-Forest, only 8 miles north of the City of York. Dating back to the 18th century and considered the oldest house in the village, this holiday home has been sensitively modernised, yet retains abundant character.

The house sleeps up to 6 guests, with dogs also welcome. An open plan living area is found in the modern extension, with a glass roof which can be opened automatically. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with integrated oven, Aga hob and dishwasher, dining area and a lounge with large electric fire and wall-mounted TV.

There are also 2 smaller sitting rooms, a utility room, 3 bedrooms (including an en suite master bedroom with king size bed, another king room and twin bedroom), plus a box room which can accommodate a cot, and a main bathroom. Wifi is provided. Outside, is a charming walled garden with a terrace area for al fresco dining, as well as car parking.
