The Blacksmiths Arms

A warm welcome awaits visitors at The Blacksmiths Arms in the village of Lastingham in the beautiful North York Moors. Run by enthusiastic host and cook Ali, who was born and bred in Yorkshire and who is always keen to promote local produce, guests are guaranteed a wonderful stay, with comfy bedrooms, delicious food and local ales.

All of the guest bedrooms have been completely refurbished and are named after game birds. Pheasant is a double room with a spacious en suite bathroom containing a double-ended bath; Partridge can be arranged with a super king or twin beds and has an en suite shower room; and Grouse is a double room also with en suite shower.

In the morning, guests can enjoy a full Yorkshire breakfast to ensure a good start to the day. The pub and dining room is open to all, serving a menu of tasty lunch dishes and evening dinner, with pizza freshly-cooked in the beer garden during warmer months.
