The Stables at Whitby

The Stables at Whitby, located on the quieter outskirts of town and on the eastern edge of the North York Moors National Park, is just minutes from Whitby's Park and Ride. Part of The Inn Collection Group, this 17th century former farmhouse offers an abundance of charm, real log fires, homemade food, local ales, guest rooms and a beautiful outdoor area. Dogs are very welcome in designated areas within our bar and in our pet-friendly rooms.

The quirky courtyard stables-turned-rooms are furnished in a contemporary style, in keeping with the original architectural features of the building. Each includes en suite facilities, a TV with Freeview and radio channels, free Wifi, hairdryer, safe and hospitality tray. Classic, Double / Twin, Feature, Superior, Family and Accessible Rooms are available. Some allow dogs for a small additional charge. Breakfast is included in overnight stays.

Visitors can enjoy food throughout the afternoon and evening from a menu of seasonal dishes created using the freshest local ingredients. The bar serves an excellent range of drinks which can be enjoyed in front of a roaring fire in the bar with flagstoned floors, or outside, in good weather. Special events are happily accommodated.
