Thwaite Hall Cottages

Thwaite Hall Cottages are 3 charming self-catering holiday properties nestled within 3.5 acres of grounds on the outskirts of the village of Cotherstone, near Barnard Castle. The cottages offer original features including exposed wooden beams and stone walls, yet are furnished with all the modern comforts. Families are welcome.

These Visit England 3-Star graded cottages are accessed from the courtyard area and surrounded by a walled garden. They are thoughtfully-furnished and equipped with a log fire and TV in the lounge area, a fully-fitted kitchen and luxury bath / shower room. There is an extensive lawned garden at the rear and car parking.

Balder Cottage sleeps 2 in a double bedroom; Tees Cottage sleeps 4 in 2 double rooms; and Woodencroft Cottage sleeps 5 people in 2 doubles and a single room. Dogs are allowed by arrangement.
