Mill Stream Barn Holiday Cottages are 2 holiday homes located along the banks of the River Bain, in the rural village of Donington on Bain, 6 miles west of Louth. Found within the Lincolnshire Wolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, these Visit England 4 and 5-Star rated sensitively-converted former barns provide comfortable and well-equipped accommodation in a superb location for a holiday break. Walkers and cyclists are welcome.

Mill Stream Cottage, sleeping 4, features stone walls and exposed beams. Overlooking the mill stream, it has a ground floor master en suite bedroom, upstairs twin bedroom in the old granary and a large living room with high vaulted ceiling and glass fronted dining area. The Milking Parlour, on ground floor level, sleeps 2 and looks across to the mill stream and willow coppice. This property offers an open plan living area and double bedroom.

Both cottages have Wifi, TV, an equipped kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. A welcome pack is included. Outside, is a garden area with seating, lawn and parking. There is direct access to the river. Please note that children under 12 years cannot be accommodated due to the on-site mill pond and river, but the cottages are pet-friendly. There is a pub in the village and excellent walking and cycling routes in the area.
