Hillview Farm House

Hillview Farm House is a luxurious self-catering home with a private hot tub, extensive grounds and stunning panoramic countryside views, nestled in a rural setting just outside the Lincolnshire village of Little Bytham. This spacious home accommodates 20 guests in 5 bedrooms (including one on the ground floor) and is a superb choice for holidays and celebrations.

Guests will find a large open plan living area featuring a wood burning stove, comfy sofas, dining table and well-equipped kitchen including a Rangemaster cooker, Belfast sink, American-style fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The bedrooms include an en suite room with a king size and 3 singles, double room, triple, quad and quin room for up to 5 people.

There is also a main bathroom, shower room and utility room with laundry equipment. Toys, books and games are available. The large fenced garden offers picnic tables, sun loungers, a hot tub on the patio, night lighting, table tennis table and there’s parking for 15 cars. Guests can also use the grassy paddock adjacent to the house for ball games or setting up a marquee.
