Boulder Field Cabin

Situated on top of a boulder in Birchover, near Matlock, Boulder Field Cabin is a unique, hand-crafted holiday home for 2 guests with a hot tub. Perched within 5 acres of grounds on the top of Eagle Tor and offering stunning views across the Peak District, it is the perfect place for couples, hill walkers, climbers and abseilers.

There is a glass-fronted sleeping / living area with a double futon sofa bed, wood burning stove, a table and chairs, plus a glass roof for stargazing at night. The outside decking area has seating and leads down to the wood fired hot tub. Guests will also find a covered outdoor kitchen area with BBQ and a rainfall shower.

There are many walking and cycling trails around the local area and Carsington Water is close by for sailing, fishing and other watersports. The Heights of Abraham and Chatsworth House are also worth a visit. Owners Rachael and Jerry live in the main house and can offer advice about the local area attractions.
