Valley Farm

Valley Farm would like to present 2 AA 4-Star rated holiday cottages situated in the beautiful village of Holton, near Halesworth. Surrounded by 2.5 acres of countryside with gardens and on-site swimming pool, each cottage is eco-friendly, with heating and electricity derived from solar and wind power.

Rookyard Cottage and Swallow Barn are both on ground floor level and sleep 4 people in a double and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have en suite facilities, including one especially adapted for wheelchair users. They also have a sitting room with wood burning stove, dining table and equipped kitchen.

Outside, there is a private terrace with table, chairs and a barbeque. All guests can also enjoy the walled garden area and acre paddock for ball games. Parking is provided.
