Beaches Guest House

A double bay-fronted house dating from 1905, Beaches Guest House is located along the seafront in Southend-on-Sea. Looking across Thorpe Bay and a stone’s throw from the beach, it is c. 1 mile from the pier and town centre. There is unrestricted free parking along the seafront near the house and a car park within 100 metres.

Guests can choose from single, double, king size and super king / twin bedded rooms. Some rooms offer sea views. There are 3 ground floor bedrooms, one of which has a larger shower room. All are equipped with en suite shower facilities, luxury toiletries, a flat screen digital TV, free Wifi access and a hospitality tray.

A complimentary breakfast is served in the ground floor conservatory in the morning, with tasty options including salmon bagels, Eggs Benedict, smashed avocado and even breakfast-to-go. Dairy, gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets are all accommodated. Drinks can be purchased from reception and a laundry service is available.
