Shormary Cottage

Shormary Cottage is a Visit Scotland 3-Star rated holiday home located close to the village of Scarfskerry, the most northerly settlement on mainland Scotland. Overlooking Pentland Firth, the house offers wonderful uninterrupted sea views and has direct access to the beach.

Family and dog-friendly, the cottage sleeps up to 4 guests. The sitting room has seating, a TV and patio doors opening to the outside. There is also a kitchen with a dining table. The bedrooms comprise a double and a twin, plus there is a shower room. Wifi and car parking are available.

The popular NC 500 route runs close by. There are many interesting places to visit locally, including The Castle and Gardens of Mey, Dunnet Head RSPB Reserve or John O’Groats. Sea cruises and fishing trips are available along the coast and the ferry to the Orkneys leaves from Thurso.
