The Ardyne Guest House

Welcome to The Ardyne Guest House, a charming Victorian villa situated on the Isle of Bute, near the main town of Rothesay. Family-run and with a Visit Scotland 3-Star rating, the house provides uninterrupted loch views and is only a 15-minute walk to the ferry terminal to mainland Scotland.

All bedrooms have en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, TV, DVD player, hairdryer and hospitality tray. There are single, double, super king rooms which can also be arranged as a twin, and a king room which has its own separate dressing room and seating area. Some offer sea views.

A Scottish breakfast is served in the morning. Rothesay has places to shop, eat and drink, as well as castle ruins, a museum, esplanade, gardens and a golf club. Guests will find walks and cycling routes around the island and plenty of opportunities for sightseeing, fishing and wildlife-watching.
