Tolcarne is a stylish new-build holiday home offering a fantastic holiday base in the popular town of Perranporth. Sleeping 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, with 3 bathrooms; this property is family and dog-friendly. On the ground floor is a light and spacious open-plan living area with views over the large garden which can also be accessed through the patio doors. The kitchen is fully kitted out for self-catering, including 2 ovens and a wine cooler! There is a dining table seating 8 people and a sofa. The ground floor also hosts a double bedroom and shower room.

On the first floor, a nautical-themed and light-filled lounge boasts comfy seating, a large smart TV, DVD player and access to the balcony. There are 3 bedrooms on the same floor. The first features access to the balcony, with a king size bed and en suite shower room. The other 2 bedrooms offer a glimpse at the sea and can be configured with twin beds or as a king size. The main bathroom can also be found on the first floor. A cot can be provided for infants (although own bedding must be brought). Free Wifi access is available throughout the house.

Outside, there is a large fenced garden at the rear of the property featuring a patio area for socialising. To the front of the house, there is a balcony with outdoor seating. This property has parking for 2 vehicles and benefits from an outdoor shower. Perranporth offers plenty of shops and places to eat showcasing the best of local Cornish produce. The sandy beach offers a raft of exhilarating water sports opportunities, including surfing. The beach is dog-friendly all year round and walkers will enjoy easy access to the South West Coast Path.
