This ‘Kiwi Beach House’ sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and is family and dog-friendly. The house is located about a mile south of Bude, in a peaceful location backing onto open farmland and provides easy access to great beaches and all the very best of Cornwall’s attractions.

Poldare offers light-filled open plan living, with a tasteful appealing design and a neutral colour palette. The lounge area is perfect for socialising and relaxing, with its comfy sofas and chairs, plus a TV. There is also a luxury spacious kitchen including a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, dining table and high chair. The bedrooms include zip-link beds in 2 of the rooms which can be configured as a super king size or twin.

The living space leads directly onto the back garden which provides a wonderful place for al fresco dining and enjoying the views. There is a patio, table, chairs and barbecue. The front driveway has parking for up to 4 cars. Please note that the property allows 2 dogs per stay for a surcharge. Amenities include central heating, Wifi, cooking basics, a washing machine, ironing facilities, linen, towels and a hairdryer.
