Castlerigg Hall Caravan, Camping & Glamping Park

Castlerigg Hall Caravan, Camping and Glamping Park is on the outskirts of Keswick. Open March to October, this site is exclusively for families and couples. Keswick is a market town surrounded by mountains, with attractions including Derwent Water, Theatre by the Lake and Cumberland Pencil Museum. This site is well-placed for exploring the lakes and fells, as well as for taking part in outdoors activities.

There are hardstanding pitches for tourers including electric and non-electric pitches, standard pitches with water supply, grey water drainage and hook-ups, or the superior pitches with all the services, a picnic bench and lakeside views. The camping field is electric-free, including a handy camper’s kitchen to prepare meals. There is also a selection of glamping pods and self-catering caravans for hire.

Some pitches have lake views whilst some are among trees and hedges. The park has well-maintained toilet and shower blocks, with accessible facilities across the site. Other amenities include laundry rooms, pot washing sinks, play field, dog exercise areas, a dog wash, chemical disposal and a drive-over service point. Please note no groups are accepted on the site.
