Trees

Trees is an elegant Tudor-style home with a half-timbered exterior offering bed and breakfast rooms on the edge of the West Sussex village of Billingshurst. Nestled in beautiful gardens with a terrace and views across to the South Downs, it is ideal for those who enjoy walking and cycling, or tourists visiting the Downs and south coast.

Each of the bedrooms is comfortable and well-equipped, including a private shower or bathroom, TV, hairdryer and a hospitality tray to make tea and coffee. There are single, double and twin rooms. Children are welcome. A Full English breakfast is served in the dining room and special diets are happily accommodated with prior notice.

Guests are welcome to sit out on the terrace or in the garden, weather-permitting, and parking is available. The village centre is a 10-minute walk from the house with a selection of shops, restaurants, pubs and cafés. The railway station, just 20-minutes away, has direct links to London Victoria, Gatwick and the seaside town of Bognor Regis.
