Shute Farm is a family-owned working farm offering bed and breakfast rooms in the 16th century farmhouse. Located in the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of the historic village of South Milton, the house is surrounded by 140 acres of farmland, midway between Thurleston Sands and Kingsbridge.
All 3 guest bedrooms are equipped with en suite facilities, a TV / DVD player, free Wifi and hospitality tray for making hot drinks. There are 2 double bedrooms; one with a vaulted beamed ceiling, and the other with dual-aspect windows. The third room is a family room with a double and a single bed, also with dual-aspect windows.
A Devon farmhouse breakfast is served in the morning. Guests are welcome to relax in the lounge with its beams and wood burning stove in the inglenook fireplace, or outside in the garden which has a stream flowing through. There are laundry / drying facilities, secure storage for bikes and parking. Pick-ups can be arranged for walkers.
