Gill Farm is set in the beautiful Kent countryside just to the south of Ashford, offering a studio apartment and cottage for self-catering holidays. This is a working farm with Jacob sheep and horses; providing an excellent base from which to enjoy rest and relaxation, with easy access to the Kent Downs and south-east coast.

Both properties are on ground floor level and easily accessible for guests with disabilities. The Studio Apartment sleeps 2 guests and has an open plan living room with wood burning stove, sofa, dining table and kitchenette, plus a super king bedroom which opens onto the outside terrace and also has an en suite wet room.

Stable Cottage is a single-story building, also accommodating 2, with an open plan living area that opens onto the large courtyard, a super king bedroom and shower room. Both properties have views across the garden and lake and have underfloor heating, Wifi, a Smart TV, parking and access to the shared garden. A great location for visiting the National Trust and English Heritage properties and gardens.
